Just put in an order for a 2014 TDI Prestige S-Line Plus today to replace my 2010 Lava Gray TDI. Opted for Night Black. The S-Line Plus matte blacks out the roof rails and the grill and puts the titanium 21" wheels on. We also opted for the Warm Weather package which I've found to considerably darken my rear windshield and backseat side windows.

Does anyone have this color configuration? My dealer didn't have anything in Night Black and didn't even have a swatch for it. On the audiusa.com configurator, Night Black appears to me much darker than the Orca Metallic.

Anyone have a real photo of a Night Black Q7? How about one next to an Orca Black?

If not, I'll be sure to share mine when it arrives

As you can see in my signature, I just traded an Orca Black for Night Black. The latter is a darker, deeper black.

Yea, I think the car I am looking at is the "light-fake" Orca black.

From looking at the posted image above, the Night Black is much deeper and true.
If you can't notice the difference from these images, then it won't make a difference if someone post it.

I am using a iMac 27in. computer and the Night Black is the BOMB!!!!
Ocra Black has a tint of blue or purple???

I believe orca black is metallic black & night black is flat black. I was deciding between the 2 colors as well...decided on the orca.

Night black is easier to touch up, but orca sparkles.
