we are at 30K on the pirelli scorps. honestly im shocked (given the experiences of others here) and a little nervous that its just GOT TO BE any day now
i had my 25K service done a little early (it was in for another issue) at ~24K i told the tech to check the tires cuz i knew they had to be going soon. he said "nah your good until at least winter"
maybe i shouldnt post this and jinx myself...lol

well we are now at 40K and the wife came out yesterday to a flat tire. the rears were pretty worn so we had already ordered a new set and as fate would have it, the tire shop called to say the tires were in this morning. im recovering from knee surgery so i had audi roadside come out to change the flat
the audi guy said to my wife a few times "you REALLY need new tires"...fortunately we are only riding down the road for the new set
so we got 40K out of the pirelli scorps but i shoulda changed them maybe 2000 miles ago
