I compare it to my 2002 allroad heated steering wheel. The seats are on, the button is on and the display shows the wheel is on but we barely feel it. It was 31 degrees this morning when we left the house and I had to make sure the button was pressed. Is anyone else having this concern. I am thinking about dropping by the Audi dealership in the morning and testing one that is on the lot for comparison.

I've got the same issue with my steering wheel--does not seem warm up--but the indicator says its turned on. I took possesion of the 2008 4.2 Saturday--hope Audi didn't cross a wire or two when they wired the DVD system in the headrests. I'm having it checked out this week

Same issue here - does not seem to be very warm if at all especially when compared to my friends A6.
