God, sounds like your Q7 is cursed. Your write up is a good example of the loop holes in the extended warranty and why in a lot of cases, it will not save you any money.

Easy:
Take the money you spent on maintenance and repairs, add the opportunity cost of the value of the car minus whatever you owe on it (I.e. the interest you could get for that money or whatever you would avoid paying if you used the funds to pay down debt). If that total is higher than a monthly lease or loan payment at no more than 1.5% apr (dcu.org) for a capitalized cost of no more than invoice minus loyalty discount (1.5k), then you're better off with a new one. If that matters to you at all, adjust the difference above by whatever value you put on having a new car vs an old one.
I had an '08 with similarly expensive issues (7 door handles among those) and sold it before the warranty expired. No point in putting up with the hassle and the risk if you can have a new one for the same money.
... and yes, excellent example for those who are wondering whether an extended warranty is worth the money.

All dealer, but honestly...
You don't have the equipment to re-calibrate the ACC...the shop needed 2 days , 8-10 hours to do it. Service manager says recalibrating ACC is a major pain in the a**
The handles you can buy online but still need a bodyshop to paint them. That is most of the cost. I now know how to install them, and its a pain to do...have to take door inners apart and always not easy to pop handle cap off from little hole on side of door.
The air suspension and module relay are out of my scope.
The mirrors would have been a bit cheaper DIY, not too difficult to do, except
I tried one and the mirror would not fit correctly in the housing and even dealer had tough time getting it to adhere, just my luck
Not to jinx myself--but engine, powertrain, drivetrain, etc...been flawless.
It's always the little gremlin electronics.
