Considering Q7 with sline package incl 21 inch wheels so do I need to change the rims to go to Tahoe in the winter or just the tires or neither. also how important is the adaptive suspension? We had this on an allroad a few cars ago but never really did any adjusting? We are coming out of a range rover HSE and the main reason for the change is the need for 3rd row seat and others made a similar change?

Also will be leasing car stickers at 61500 dealer is selling for 57500, minimum drive off of approx $1900 for 36mo/15k and payment incl tax (8.25%) is $860 how's this deal. I don't have the MF or Residual available.

It's easier to get a better deal on non S-lines but I think $4,000 under MSRP is a pretty decent deal for an S-line. That sounds almost identical to our Q7 except we got the 20" wheels.

We had the same terms (36 mo w/15k miles) with slightly lower drive-offs and our tax is only 4.7%. Total monthly payment is $847 with tax. The money factor is the same as when we bought two months ago and it's the lowest rate I've ever seen (0.00006).

If you didn't opt for AudiCare you should. It's around $600 but raises your residual 1 point. If you roll it into the lease you'll only pay about $2 more per month after the residual increase and you won't have to worry about maintenance the whole time you own the car.

We didn't get the adaptive suspension but the ride is great so I can't say we miss it. I haven't driven on the 21's but the 20" S-line is the perfect combination of firm and flat in corners for a SUV this size. The comfort mode might be more appreciated with 21's though.

Access to the 3rd row is pretty poor but little kids can climb through with no problem. It's more of a contortion for adults though (a chick climbing in with a skirt is sure to offer a great show!). When the second row seats are flat it looks like the 3rd row has no leg room but when the 2nd row seat is raised it's a lot more spacious than it looks.

Personally I don't think I would drive in the snow in 21's. Anything more than 2 inches I would change wheels to at least 19's. Depending on how often you go to Tahoe it might be cheaper to just drive a rental there. Your call though.
