Default buying audi parts from the web

Question from all you Q7/ audi owners:
Has anyone baugth audi parts from this site and had a good experiance:
http://www.genuinevwaudiparts.com/pa...?siteid=214407

They seem to have everything enven the OEM fender trimsfor the 21" option. The only thing is they don't tale pay-pall. and I am cautious to pay w/ credit card. they also don't list a phone #?

Would anyone out there buy from them or has anyone baught parts from them?

I have purchased the following from them without issues:

* Tow Retrofit Kit
* AMI Retro fit Kit
* Mirror Switch (allroad)
* Q7 oil filter
* Tow filler piece (Q7)
* Front and Rear rotors (Q7)
* Miscellaneous interior trim (allroad)
* Wiper Blades (allroad and Q7)

So are you can, they handle both the big and small.

I purchased all these items from genuinevwaudiparts. I reside up the coast in Seattle so the shipping costs were quite reasonable. Not sure how much better pricing would be for the east coast but if it is quite a bit more, try West Broad Audi in Richmond, Virgina. I have purchased from them as well over the phone and had them ship to me.

Hi Giblet,
did you replace the mirror switch yourself? I let a friend drive my car and he broke off that switch. I am about to order a new one from genuinevwaudiparts.com and wonder how to install it. Any ideas?
Thanks!

Just to add I have been ordering parts from Genuineaudiparts.com for years and have never had a problem, even with returns. There is no telephone # for the site, one reason they have the best prices but they are a legit SoCal Audi dealer. Shipping to my east coast location (D.C. area) has always taken 5 business days. Best prices for OEM parts anywhere........
