Default Is Audi giving out TDIs to test in the US?

Was surfing VWVortex, and it seems like Audi is giving out TDIs to fellow Audi owners? Does that mean we will finally see the TDIs?

http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=4286061</a

Default *@#$! need a 'bridge' car now...wife's lease up in May.

Or, will the dealers say "3 months" at end of May, making pagpc's first response accurate anyway?

Default noted, as I sell to their elec suppliers (bosch, visteon types, etc)

and they're all D-E-A-D in the water right now.

Default You can likely go month to month when the lease ends if you want to wait.

I doubt there would be an issue in todays economy if you want to keep the car a bit longer

Default lacks some options.....no air suspension.

It will be priced in between the 3.6 and the 4.2
I saw the options sheet last month, and the TDI option package is like a 3.6 prestige. You can get the S-line for sure. But there is NO air suspension option on the TDI, no premium leather or espresso brown leather option.

I love the air suspension, so it was a deal killer for me.

Default If Audi keeps waiting, the Porsche Cayenne TDI (with audi engine) will be in

the States before the Audi Q7 TDI.
