Q7 S-Line with AMI - defiantely no analogue AUX?
Hi Guys,
I'm familiar with the MOST type fibre bus our cars have from Porsche.
My 2008 with AMI doesn't have the iphone cabability so I was looking at the documented retrofit or dension.
However I just wanted to double check there is definately no analgue AUX on the cars? Given that this would be an expensive upgrade just for integrated control - the touchscreen control for songs on an iphone is better anyway.
Cheers,

anyone done this on a Q7?
The advantage here is that if you use AUX on an iphone, it doesn't disable toe iphone user interface (which it does on my MB iphone adaptor). Would be a perfect solution with a proclip type OEM looking mount.
pleeeezzzzzeeee let it be?

Hi,
With a little more investigation - It turns our on a Q7 there are two AV inputs on the MMI available as standard on the menu.
There is a 20 pin audi connector in a controller on the rear right of the trunk. Would be grateful if anyone has a pin out for this? I'm just looking for the audio channels to run a 3.5mm headphone cable from an iPhone.
Cheers,
