Q7 colling fan replacement

Q7 colling fan replacement
The right side cooling fan is rattling like crazy. Checked and the fan blades are loose and the front fan bearing fells like it is shot. Does anyone know how to remove the fan shroud assembly? The repair at the dealership is over $1000, I can buy the OEM fan for about $400 or an aftermarket one for about $200. Help!!!
