nav disc eject?

Hi!..
Was going to help friend with his 07 model..upgrade the navi...the eject don't work?..I checked with vcds ..it's not locked..?..coding set to 0 already...anyone had this?...

Maybe toggle the lock code? Mine would only eject with Ross-Tech and the cable.

tried toggle the code...but it didn't accept any changes...?
could be u need security code entered first...? didn't have that at hand..oh well
