Hey guys and gals,
I have a problem with my 2011 Q7 (3.0T Prestige S-line with 19,000 miles on the clock) and have had for some months, and the dealer seems unable to fix it, so I was wondering if y'all may have any suggestions for me.
The problem is a high-pitch continuous squeak when I take off slowly (it may occur when I take off fast, but then it's masked by the sound of the engine and anyway occurs for less time). It seems to come from the wheels (brakes binding?) and seems to go away after a certain speed is reached (but this may be illusory, as the squeak my be masked by engine/road noise). It's very irritating and the dealer seems to just shrug his shoulders when I mention it (though he does admit he could hear it during a road test). They blew the discs and pads out with compressed air, but the problem is still there.
Any ideas?

I have this issue as well. It seems like the caliper is slowly disengaging causing it to rub against the disc. I hope there is a fix to this.
