I do not have them on my Q7 yet but I will as soon as I need tires. I had the 19s on my XC90 V8 sport, and loved them. The were very comfortable, had more than 40k on them when I sold it last month for my Q7, and they still had plenty of life in them. And XC90s are also known as tire eaters.

Had them put on my Q7. so far so good, pretty quite and make the car handle easier.. might be better on gas too, to early to tell yet. the last tires were heavier and wider.
I went from a 255/55/18 to a 235/60/18. we'll see.
