Hey guys,, I recently purchased a 2011 Q-7 S-line 3.0 and love the car!! It came off the factory warranty at 80000kms and now has approx 88000kms. The car now has the certified pre owned warranty and unfortunately they think the motor is gone. It will be in the shop for another 2 weeks and Ive been bugging them for a loaner vehicle but they say the pre owned certified warranty does not cover a loaner. I downloaded the owners hand book for pre owned warranty and what it covers and it says a complementary loaner will be supplied while the car is in the shop! Has any body experienced this or have any info you could share?? Thanks!

I would demand a loaner. An Audi dealership should always offer a loaner especially if your vehicle is in the shop for 2 weeks. Ask to speak with the manager....better yet, take your Q7 to another place.

My dealer has always given us a loaner regardless of the repair or service.
