What are the stranges country/city you have spotted a Q7 ?
I have seen one in Jakarta/Indonesia.

According to family back in India, the Q7 is all the rage, with LONG waiting lists, and it
costs much much more, then the US or even how much the EU pay for it. I think the base Q7, with the 3.6 is around 75 lakhs, which is about ~$170,000, and then the 3.0TDI is more, then that.
HOwever, the A4 starts at 24 lakhs, which is about ~$70,000, and a VW Jetta is 12.6 lakhs, which is about ~$30,000 - $35,000
