What stands out as the best features etc vrs the previous model ?

They are identical for the most part. There are some slight changes in options such as Side Assist is standard, but 99% is unchanged. For me it was a free year of depreciation is why I got a 2015 as my price was the same regardless of years.

extended leather luxury package... standard three zone camera. that's about it.
