On my SQ5, it's to the right (and towards the front a bit) of the spare tire. There is a complete surround of that foam around the tire with various tools stashed in the foam. No pics, sorry.

0K3 (PHEV) gets the fix a flat kit (1G8) only, no collapsible spare tire (3F1) option.
Looks like there's various hidden "holes" in the cargo floor? https://www.audiworld.com/forums/q5-...-phev-3008301/

Ahh if you ever do your own tire changes the tool on the far left is your best friend - Reminded me that I need to order a new one since I lost mine :P

the red tool is used to put the transmission in neutral if the car needs to be towed. There is a rectangular cover under the drivers side floor mat where the tool is used for that purpose.

Owner's manual says everything is behind the cargo compartment left and right side covers and in that floor slot (like in the picture) for the PHEV. So fix-a-flat can and tow hook in the floor. Compressor strapped to bracket in one side. Those tools in the other side, I assume. Unless they somehow strap to that compressor bracket as well. Have to wait until another PHEV owner responds with a pic to figure out exactly how it's mounted, I imagine.
