Touch-up silver paint: "Foil Silver"?
I purchased some touch-up paint for my '23 SQ5 and based on the VIN they gave me what is called "Foil SIlver" (code ending in Z7G). However when I purchased the vehicle the exterior color was called "Florett Silver". I've never thought the touch-up paint matched very well at all and wonder why the touch-up paint is called "Foil Silver" and if that' even the correct paint. When I look at touch-up paint on TouchUpDirect it's called "Florett Silver". but it's not identified by the VIN.

Best touch up paint by far is to use DR Colorchip. I have used them for six of my vehicles over the years and they custom mix the touch up that leaves zero brush marks. Try them once and you’ll never use bottle touch up again.

If it's metallic paint, no touch-up paint will ever match "well". You get pooling of the metallics which makes the touch up lighter.
