It appears that 2 days ago, the MyAudi (iOS) app was indeed updated. I'm driving the 22Q5e prestige. Since then, I cannot use timer mode for charging. While this may not seem too bad, I was trying to be good to my battery and use the timer to gently charge overnight.
Now I can only start charging. I agree with many others that Audi needs to get its act together and get some great programmers. Am I the only one having this issue?

I just checked the timer app on my phone Android and you are right there's no timer sitting there at all and even immediate charging is dimmed The car seems unaffected I tie my car through the car app.

Chat with support, have them start a ticket for your situation. They asked me for screen shots of the errors in a follow up email.
In my case it was a permissions issue at the server end. Resolved in about 18 hours. Car was fine as was the App all along.

Having the same issue. Weirdly, the climate timer is still present but not the charging timer. Very inconvenient as I normally use the charging timer at work to stop charging when the battery is at 80-85%.
