Hello, recently bought a 2024 Q5. One thing I noticed, and it annoys me, that when starting car and MMI is initiated , the Home button/screen is blank or not working. Dealership recommends to push power button for 15 secs to reset, sometimes a 2nd reset is needed. Does anyone else experiences this issue/bug?

No blank screen in my case. Other bugs yes. But never seen a blank screen.

I recently bought a 2024 SQ5 and encountered a peculiar issue yesterday. Despite turning off the engine, exiting, and closing the car door, the display screen failed to reactivate when I returned.

Although the "POWER SCREEN ON/OFF BUTTON" prompted me to "Tap on screen to turn it back on," the screen remained unresponsive (black) despite audible feedback.

Interestingly, the backup camera continued to function. I had to leave before resolving the issue due to someone needing the parking space, but I will monitor if this problem persists.

Additionally, I've been experiencing sporadic issues with the key fob's user recognition feature. I'll update you if the screen issue continues.
