I read this thread (thanks to all for the great info!) and have one question - what is the actual tool (size/brand) used to de-pin the wire terminals? I tried using safety pins as that looked like a great workaround but was unsuccessful.

Yes its working. Didn't disconnect the battery, just removed the fuse and put it back in when all the wires were connected.

Recheck your wiring and that the right adaptors were used. check the part number. Make sure the pins go all the way in. No PCM work needed.

Didn't have a spare main terminal so I used a second nut on top of one to secure the Rings power feed, so I didn't interrupt the cars main power supply on that fuse.
