Default Audi drive select not available

Driver select unavailable.
Anyone know what would cause this? It says this even if I’m in park. I cannot choose drive mode (e.g. dynamic, comfort, Auto, off-road, etc).

2018 q5 prestige.

Have you rest the MMI?

It's humorous that you just happen to be on that song title...

Is the engine running? You typically get that message when you are just in accessory mode.

I also have the same issue with a Q7 4M. Replaced gateway and drive select unavailable as well as fuel range shows 0. Were you able to fix it?

i took it to Audi and apparently (so Audi says) the rear Audi UTR camera (dash cam) was creating error codes stopping the range and drive select to stop working and needs to be reprogrammed at a cost of £290, front one is ok.
Audi have reset the codes and i’ve Unplugged the rear camera.

Range and drive select are still working since being reset (beginning December).
