Default Alarming Tire Wear

Rotated my tires yesterday and noticed this going on all 4 tires. One photoed is the worse at 12k miles. Was at the dealership for the free 10k oil change and their inspection said tires were fine but needed rotation. They should of noticed the excessive inner tire wear.
Thoughts?

Yes, they should have noticed it.
Although I'm guessing many dealerships just glance at them because they don't want to have the conversation with most owners to the effect of..."Your brand new $65k car with 12k miles needs $1200 worth of tires already...and an at least $200 alignment..."
Are you on air or steel suspension?

Are these summer tires or AS? SQ5?

I go through 4 tires every 10k on my AMG

SQ on OEM 21" Pzero's Summer Tires. Non-air suspension. Don't mind the wear rate, but the unevenness is alarming. This one came from the driver/front. Reading up on camber adjustments, doesn't seem to be much adjustability. All have the same wear pattern (first tire rotation), but this is the worst one.

Overinflation possibly coupled with "spirited" driving.....

Yes, it looks like overinflation as the tread centre seems to be worn the most. Run the normal load pressures, not the door sticker pressures.

Mine had an alignment at 2500 miles, and I'm a stickler for air pressure, and I just replaced my 21" Pzeros at 9600 miles - my rear tires looked like this, except they were worn on the outer edges. Outside edges of the rear tires were slick, inside edges maybe had 3/32". Front tires looked very even, which is not what I'm used to - in my experience front tires show edge wear first due to alignment issues.

I always run the door sticker pressures. I also adjust every month based on the weather. What do you mean by the normal load pressures?

Look at the tire pressure chart in your manual, page 338 in mine. It gives recommended pressures for varying loads.
