Not sure if this is the correct thread, but does anyone have any info on the Q8 vs the Q5? Is there a 2024 Q8 PHEV? My Q5 lease is ending at the end of the year and deciding what I want to replace it with! Many thanks!

They are not available yet for delivery but they are for ordering. I ordered an SQ5 about 2 weeks ago, delivery scheduled for end of November currently. I found this on what's new in '24

The Q8 is expected to get a minor facelift for 2024, but from what my dealer said, the interior is not changing. There are no major changes for the Q5 either, they changed some packages and what features come standard, but everything about the Q5/SQ5 exterior/interior is the same as 2023 models :/

The Q7 and the Q8 are the same vehicle (type 4M). The Q8 intro'd MY19, a year before the MY20 Q7 facelift, introducing the GP1 (product improvement 1) changes. It's been said the 4M is getting a second facelift for MY24 rather than a new generation (ever again). It could be AoA didn't want to wait on the GP2 (product improvement 2) Q7 builds and decided to run with it as is, while waiting on the GP2 Q8 builds. MIB3 architecture just came out, so I don't expect anything from GP2 other than differently molded plastic and such.

They did not. I have an SQ5 on order with air suspension.

Confirmed today that my 2024 SQ5 is in production now. Air suspension and all.
