My 2019 SQ5 has MHI2Q_US_AUG22_P5087 and software 1316. The navigation FEC is 0231002A (NAR 2021/2022).

I'd like to update to the latest Navigation db. Not sure which one that is.

Does that mean I have to step up to Software 1320 first or can I use my current 1316?

Neither. If you do this yourself, then you need to patch MHI2Q_US_AUG22_P5087 to update the FEC and then apply latest map update. Post 1 in this thread has the link to the most latest Navigation database update. The How section of Post 1 in this thread has a link to a Thread on how to update the the FEC.

Version 1316 works fine. I would recommend staying with 1316, unless you have another reason for updating to 1320.
