Thanks for your words, we are lucky and in my neighborhood there were no major things, the good thing is all my family is ok. In my office some little things but we are ok. I heard in Puebla is also an affected zone.

This is my office

This is the terminal 2 of the airport

Things in Mexico city are tough, lot of buildings went down, etc
The Audi plant has not been damaged:

Handelsblatt Frankfurt: The serious earthquake in Mexico leads to production interruptions at Audi . At the plant in San Jose Chiapa, the second shift was terminated at an early stage and the night shift completely canceled, a spokeswoman for the Autobauer said on Wednesday. The employees should be given the opportunity to take care of their relatives, after they had suffered serious damage in nearby Puebla.

In the Audi factory, in which the quake was clearly felt, no people had been harmed. Up to now, no structural damage could have been identified, but inspections were still ongoing. Audi produces the premium SUV Q5 in the factory opened only a year ago and employs around 5,000 people.

Very glad to hear that you and your family are safe, Andres, but there has been some terrible situations including the complete collapse of a school in Mexico City which was filled with children. Thoughts are with all affected.

Thanks for asking. Nothing but red ETA dates.

The thing is, I can't be upset with my dealer or SA. It's literally not their fault nor anything they can do but field my questions/concerns in a timely manner. Which they are.

That is really odd that your order is taking so long. There are many on here, myself included who placed their order months after you that have seen their cars built and show up on the dealers site. Did you order with something unusual that is holding it up or are they giving you any idea what is holding up the build? I feel for you, that has got to be frustrating.

It is odd and is very very frustrating!

I didn't think my order was special...but what do I know.

Here is what I ordered...

2018 Q5 2.0T Quattro S-Tronic (FYB5NY)
Prestige Model (WPT)
Color: Manhattan Gray Metallic (H1H1)
Leather: Nougat Brown (Includes Black Headliner) (ZK)
Inlays: Gray Oak High-Gloss (5MT)
Wheels: 20” 5 Segment Spoke 255/45 All Season Tires

Packages:
Cold Weather Package (PAW)
Warm Weather Package (PS8)
Driver Assistance Package (PCU)
Adaptive Damping Suspension (1BL)
Rear side airbags (4X4)

The dealership is as-much in the dark as I am.

Oddly enough, the price hasn’t shown up on the dealer’s site for me but it’s allegedly going to show up next week? Crossing my fingers but not holding my breath
