Default 2018 Brake rotors and pads recommendation?

So, I am at 70K miles and am looking for brakes. I am very happy with the OEMs since they give off virtually no dust (I have a 2008 Cayenne and the rims are caked with black dust and discoloration). After looking at "genuine Audi OEM" part suppliers, the rotors are either hard to find of expensive. Any recommendations on good dust-free brakes? I am not looking for the latest and greatest high-performance double-drilled specially coated super new alloy etc. Just good brakes.

Can you simply have the rotors resurfaced and install OEM pads? I’m always surprised at the number of times I see rotors automatically replaced. They are often good for at least 2-3 sets of pads. I think dealers, etc. have quite a profit racket going with unnecessary replacement of rotors.

Thank you for the suggestion. Back in the day, I had my rotors turned at a place called Elroy's in Denver. Not a problem, they turned out fine (ha!). Apparently, turning rotors is now frowned upon by many mechanics and owners, as it might cause the rotor to warp more quickly due to the lack of material. Not wanting this to be a discussion on the pros and cons of turning, I again ask, any thoughts on some decent non-OEM pads/rotors.

Take a look at fcpeuro.com. Plus they have a great free lifetime replacement policy.

Zimmerman rotors and EBC red stuff pads would be a safe upgrade. Very low dust since it's a ceramic pad.

I did Zimmerman rotors (happy with those on my BMW), and Zimmerman pads (those are almost the same as OEM though -- same bite, noise and dust). I couldn't find an EBC option at the time, but am super happy with those on my BMW (great bite, almost no dust). I would second MarkP888's recommendation above.

try www.GermanAutoParts.com they have ATE rotors (OEM supplier) and Ferodo pads (OEM supplier) which was stamped on the back side of back original OEM pads I recently replaced on my SQ5.

The Brembo rotors they sell are high quality aftermarket and I have used for years with no problems.
