Voice commands for media?
When using the feature call voice recognition training, the MMI asks me to repeat a series of commands. Some series of these commands included "next track" or "previous track"
Neither of those commands actually function when I try it outside of that.
Does anyone know if MMI is capable of executing any media commands at all?

I tried it after I heard those phrases in the voice training and they don't seem to work. Someone posted a cheat sheet recently that showed some commands that aren't in the manual and they work but then a few other commands on the sheet don't so I'm not sure what the deal is. I've got a '10 model and what seems to be the latest MMI w/nav.
As a software developer myself I can't really fathom why they would have all these weird versions floating around that seem to regress. I get it if you have v2 that doesn't have the commands that v3 does but why functionality would disappear as you move up versions doesn't make sense. Also unless you're trying to monetize the different functionality there's no reason to have some with and some without. I've never seen any indication they are trying to sell an upgraded version of the MMI.
