So I installed my grille today. Luckily I didnt chop anything off because ZERO MODIFICATIONS had to be made to my grille...
there are some very subtle differences b/w the 2.0T and the 3.0T, so it looks like this grille was designed for the 2.0T. nice work, esp with finding a good license plate mount! did you find the mount from an online vendor? if so, which one? i plan on having my front grille installed soon and would like to get the same mount. thanks!

I got the mount at our local Canadian Tire for 10 bucks. Im not sure what the equivalent to Canadian Tire is for our American friends, Autozone? Fred Meyers? I used the supplied plate holders from the grille which acted as washers for the toggle bolts. I also ziptied incase the toggle rust out. Its really Secure.
Here are some shots with my RS Wheels as well. I put them on after the grille install last night, and gave her a bath this morning.
Finally installed mine. Took about 4 hours including painting of the crash bar. No mods necessary, was a perfect fit. I used the same Canadian Tire plate holder as 14Q5, looks nice and clean. Also ordered the Fog Grill covers from Amanda. Am happy!
Looks good! The chrome trim looks sharp. Good call on the CT mount. Im quite jealous of your honeycomb fogs. Are you in the GTA? If so I will keep an eye out for you rolling!

It's a bummer that they don't have honeycomb fogs for the post-facelift models. I've been looking everywhere online but no luck so far
for those lookign to order the same license plate frame as 14Q5, you can find it on amazon. it's made by cruiser accessories. i just ordered one for my grille.
Is anyone here interested in selling me their stock SQ5 grille? Preferably chrome. I'm on the east coast frequently going between NY/DC. Feel free to shoot me a PM or contact me on AZ as I've only just made an account here.
