Sunroof Screen retracts
When I long hold either the lock or unlock button on my 2014 Q5 remote, the sunroof screen closes. I have carista and have tried everything and I cannot stop this from happening. Any suggestions?

Contact Carista, in case this is a known bug in the version you are using.
It sounds like the car's memory has been corrupted, and it is reading both buttons as "close screen", a function that should not be assigned to BOTH of those buttons. Carista can assign it to one button, IIRC, but the other should be opening things not closing them. So, perhaps a simple bug they can fix.
I think the only other choices (assuming you have tried resetting all functions and button presses, and shut and restarted car in between just to make sure) would be to try a different version of Carista or Ross-Tech to see if they can overwrite the function assignment.
