SQ5 H&R Springs and bump stops?

SQ5 H&R Springs and bump stops?
Since I'm going to be throwing new tires on the SQ and it needs an alignment I figure I might as well drop it too.
Seems a lot are happy with the H&R springs, but which PN? I have seen conflicting reports on what to get for the SQ (US version). Those of you that did the springs, did you get the bump stops from the Euro edition or is that even an issue?
Spacers....heard everything from 10-20mm. Using the stock 21" wheels and will go with a 265 Michelin tire.
