Hello all. I will be ordering a 2012 Q5 later this week. I will be buying the car through an out of state dealer, however, I will be in San Diego for the next few years with the car. I was wondering if anyone has any feedback about the two service departments in the area, Miramar Audi and Audi of Escondido. This is my first Audi and I haven't worked with either department.

As a follow on question I was also planning on getting Audi care. I was wondering if anyone had a thought or experiences about waiting to buy Audi care, and getting it from the dealership that I will actually be using for service. I was wondering if the departments would be more likely to give me loaner cars if I purchase my Audi care through them. If anyone has specific experiences on this with the two San Diego dealer that would be appreciated.

don't go to Miramar Audi i will never give them my business again after a SA told me "we don't let any 18 year old who reads car and driver magazine drive an S4" so I left and went to Hoehn and bought one. I will go out of my way just so i don't ever take my car back to them

Hoehn is the best. Don't waste your time. Just go to Carlsbad. They should still provider you a loaner car.
