Default Q5 spreadsheet open... edit your own entry!

I am going to try this a few times. It is running ok for the A4 S4s
For the next few hours the spreadsheet is open to all to edit.
I plan to open it again or daily.... we'll see how it goes.
IMPORTANT If you are not already there and have to create a new entry ... Please do it below the last entry I will resort once I have backed up data. Do not make entries over the headers it is not a form (sorry, that would be too advanced for me right now)

If you enter location please follow the current format as it allows a sort by state and country. Entering town or city first just complicates things.

Please do not enter your age as it is just a formula running from DOB. If you care to enter your DOB (or near month) age should appear.
Likewise for current miles or kilometers.
Once you enter the arrival date (not manufacture date) and estimated miles per year it will appear and run.
You can edit your year estimate to correct displayed current odo.
You can enter in kilometers and once you put k in the next cell it will then also show conversion to miles.

If you buy a Pre owned or CPO car please enter arrival miles in Purch'd column. It modify the formula for your entry to correct current miles.
NOTE: It is live no need to save entries.
NOTE: I can see that a person is viewing/editing a cell but no more info or ID.

PM me or reply here with ideas or problems.

Thanks JfF !

might consider setting every other line a contrasting color to allow easy eye travel across it

I wanted to do that! Its too easy to drop down a line while editing. Easy in excel but google docs wont play ball.
I have a back up in excel so I can correct errors from it anyway.
You seem to be havig problems with current odo

Edit now closed for today. Thanks to all those who took part.
I can see it is not obvious to everyone quite how it works and I have picked up a few tips to work on already.
Lots of updates enterd and a few repairs/corrections but all is good.

I see one or two people made good use of the ability to filter and search for what they wanted. Unfortunately this is global so no one else can view a 2011 if the filter selects only 2012 or a White car if only Daytona is selected. By all means download a copy but I dont know if the formulas and links still work, perhaps someone can let me know.

I will post when its open to edit again.

Thoughts?

Ah, minor correction. My age is 241 years. Why do you think I only post at night and my photos are taken after sunset?

Closed for now. It does require some modding while open.
Work and family permitting I will open again tomorrow. 1.45am for me now!
