Only when the Sirius updates the channel list and I lose those channels.

Yeah it happens to me sometimes. But it never deletes ALL of them, just some. Although the last time it happened, it wiped out all but 2 of them. Really really annoying
If you search, you'll find some threads on here about it and people were saying Audi was "working on a solution" but that was back in 2010....

Happens to me a couple times a year.
But it it hasn’t happened since I had a big service done a few months ago. During that service, I think they reset the MMI, as I asked for the latest map upgrade. I had the original map from when I took delivery in 2009. I don’t notice much change. My house Street still isn’t in the update, (my house was built in 2015). I have noticed some of the POI’s have changed. They also reset all the custom things I had done using the Carista app. Had to go back in and fix those.

I have found if you just 'leave it alone' most times the presets for sat radio return. I have tried fiddling with the damn thing when hey are grayed out and it tends to make them go away for good. I have had the issue happen probably 5 times the last three months. Only once did I have to re-add them back
I think for sure this is an Audi issue as I had a Lexus for 9 years and NEVER had it happen.
Germans spend too much time engineering the optimal angle of the wiper blade in service mode. Need to spend more time on things that actually matter...Like not losing presets when the provider pushes an update

Yeah every now and then they'll get grayed-out and usually come back after turning the car off and on again. But sometimes (usually, for me) they completely disappear.
