Anyone know of someone in the US who had their Stasis Warranty not honored during their factory warranty period?

You mean by locked that the box is locked with security screws? APR doesn't need to open the box to tune on the later MY's.

Apparently the APR 3.0 ECU upgrade does not require a different supercharger?

The Stage 1 upgrade is only an ECU flash. The Stage 2 upgrade also includes a new supercharger pulley. The Stage 1 power ratings are on par with other non SQ5 s models. The Stage 2 upgrade power is a little above the SQ5 (petrol) power.
