Default Plastic bolt covers - Removing tool - Where is it?

Hey all. Went to switch the wheels from S-line summers to snow (just for this month). Went to remove the tires, but couldn't find the plastic tweezer tool for removing the plastic caps. Ended up using a flathead screwdriver combined with cloth to protect the wheels.

Does anyone know where this tool is located. I have a feeling, this is just another example of how ****ty my Audi dealership was.

Adding to the list:

1. Empty gas tank. We couldn't even make it home.
2. No iPod cable, they'll take care of it (in 5-6 weeks)
3. No maintenance book, again, they'll take care of it...
4. We have a "hub removal tool", that don't match our wheels, but the tweezer is no where to be found.

Anyone care to chime in? Hopefully I just missed it in my haste to get the job done.

It should be with your toolkit, which is way down under the cargo floor, under the storage bin, under a lift-up plastic flap (they make it a process to find it).

Check the box containing your spare wheel bolts. It should be in there if your dealer installed 4 wheel locks.

It's not "tweezer", I would rather say it's L-type thingie with notch on one end and finger loop on the other.

You can "make" a good one from a wire coat hanger and pliers. Then you don't have to dig out the one in your car when changing winter wheels etc. Even fits the wife's A4 wheels also.

Mine was in my glove compartment with my spare set if locking nuts for the wheels.

Hmm... Not in the toolkit and not in the glovebox. Oh well.
