Default Part #?

I'm looking for a part number 2010 Q5 for the lower part of the driver side (Left Side) side view mirror cap. Can this be removed without removing the entire unit? Thanks.

That bottom part of the mirror is the plastic complete mirror housing. If you have the memory package and folding mirrors, the left side is P/N 8R1-857-409-L-01C. If you don't have the memory pkg option, the P/N is 8R1-857-409-K-01C. If you have neither option, the P/N is 8R1-857-409-J-01C. Obviously, you will need to remove the mirror to replace the housing.

That piece isn't individually cataloged in the parts catalog. It's part of the actual mirror unit housing. The body colored mirror cap is a separate piece.

Note the first and second pics in this listing: https://baza.drom.ru/yalta/sell_spar...845842295.html
