Hmmh, sorry for your pain but thanks for posting. I am a floorjack junkie so I always just pull the Q5 or our other vehicles into the shop and use a floorjack. We [knock on wood] haven't had a flat on the road and literally have not taken the factory jack out yet. I can at least have the knowledge that this nonsense happens if I ever do use it?

I used the OEM jack for the first time today, and here was the result. I placed it along the jack points, assuming it should be safe. When I attempted to lower it, it hit the front piece rocker panel. It would have rip it out if I continue. Luckily I had some leftover 2x4 from a recent renovation.
Anyone else had this problem?
