I have a Q5 2010 but Im far from your milestone yet.. 86k km so far.
Question about the control arms.. did you purchase OEM?
I've noticed my suspension is not as smooth as before and I suspect it's the control arms/bushings maybe?.. have you seen a kit I can look at? any recommendations?
Thank you!

I had my independent shop order them. Not sure if they were OEM or aftermarket. I know I had a choice with the shocks of going either OEM or Blisten. I went with Blisten, they were a little more economical and gave me a little more sporty ride. But ride certainly isn't harsh or sports car like.
I discovered the control arms worn out due to improper wear on my tires. I assumed I just needed an alignment, but the car wasn't that far out of stock alignment. Certainly not enough to cause the tire wear I had. Turned out to be the bushings.

My 14 Q5 is approaching 100k miles/ 160k Kms.I was under there the other day and the front end is looking great. My previous car A4 needed front suspension work around this time - Quebec roads. At the time ECS had a sweet deal on complete front end replacement comprised of 100% German parts.Think it ran about $ 450.I note that so far they haven't done the same for a Q5 but I'm sure they will.Best advice I can give you is stick with Lemforder or Meyle.Avoid most other brands. They won't hold up.

Thank you guys for your inputs! I'll have someone to take a look, roads here are harsh and full of bumps and patches so I know something needs to be replaced.. just not sure what..
I've found the following kit and the price is not crazy high.. I just have to make sure that it fits
