low speed brake noise
While riding the brakes at very low speed, like easing into the garage,a loud squeal or whine will occur. The noise will not occur if I try it immediately after the first occurrence. Normal braking fine. I have only 200 miles on the car and it is cold outside. Any ideas?

I think this is normal for Q5 brakes. I noticed this with all Q5 cars I test drove. I think it has something to do with the Q5 having generally sensitive breaking.
I've noticed that I just learn to adapt to the way the Q5 breaks which decreases break noise. I haven't noticed the break noise getting any worse or better when slowly pressing or releasing on breaks at alomost stop position.

Sometimes we hear a creak at low speeds and a little squeal just the other day in the cold (20's). Doesn't happen often enough to bother me. At 6k+ miles, so guessing brakes are all bedded in by now.
