Mrchntmarine suggests using a "***** hair brush" to wash the car. I would strongly recommend NOT using anything like that on the exterior "fragile" paint. This is bound to leave swirl marks in your finish. In my opinion this is a bad idea my friend. A super soft wool mitt is what you want. Be gentile with your paint, use the brush for the interior.
