I got the call today !!!!
Dealer called to say Audi sent them an email that my powertrain warranty is void....
something about ecu tuning ?!?!
Well since my warranty is about to run out anyway and no issues,
no biggee - guess that revo unloader really doesn't unload after all

I like that spin. I'm expecting the call at some point too -- at which point Stage 3 will be the next thing I do.
I guess I'm looking forward to the TD1 flag.

It's funny how some dealerships act.
All the guys at my dealer/service dept know about my car. Hell the sales team told me once I get the body kit on to bring it up to the dealership for some photos so they can put it on their FB cover page...
If something goes wrong and it's not associated directly with changes I've made, they always anticipate warranty until proven otherwise. I have a pretty good relationship with them at this point tho, but still. Some dealers seem to go out of their way for their customers, and some do not.

My dealer tells me they don't care about Stage 1 tuning. They have to be more cautious about higher levels. Plus they are a Stasis dealer, so some tunes go with the factory warranty.

From other forums, TD1 is from Audi not the dealer. Stasis causes you to have a TD1 also. Stasis then warranties your car's powertrain not Audi for whatever that is worth. Haven't heard many complaints so they appear to be a class outfit.

Audi actually created the TD1 warranty key because of Stasis being in dealerships. All warranty on a car is voided through the factory once TD1 is flagged towards your VIN. The only warranty it has would be through stasis but if they determine that there product didn't cause any problems your on your own after that. The dealership doesn't decide this, Audi does.
