Getting my 2015 SQ lowered with these springs soon. I have the -1 on order, even though HR insists that -3 is the correct kit for the SQ. Just confirming here that as of today, HR says that Fronts on the -1 and -3 are the same. The only difference, as confirmed by HR and a few here are the rears. The stated drops of 1.0 and 0.80 are based on testing done at HR Europe, also confirming what was speculated here. Rep I spoke to does not know what the consequences or results are if SQ gets the -1 installed.

Are people changing the shock/struts at the same time they are changing the springs or running the new springs on the OEM shocks? I just have the Q5 not the SQ5.

I did both (H&R 29001-1 + Bilstein B8 Front (24-145985) and Rear (24-145992) shocks/struts) as I didn't want to go through the headache of doing the shock/struts separately. I've been very happy with the results and also did it as I was worried the stock ones would be " underdamped " .

No other mods... It just handles way better than any 'SUV' should... On/off ramp speeds are ludicrous just sometimes...

Did the bump stops need to be altered or were they left alone (for this exact spring/shock combo)?
