Ball Mount Question for OEM Hitch

Napa Auto carried a few for around 20-30 bucks. Should align with a class 3 no problem. Seemed nicely made but not sure where they're sourced. Harbor freight had a tri-ball setup but I try to stay away from Chinese made junk (tough to do these days).

Mine is 4" drop flipped aroud to get 2" raise.
Q5 is 182" long, trailer itself is 246" and drawbar few inches so total length approx 430"
