Until an order guide shows up it's impossible to truly order a 2013 but hey I'm not hatin, if u got an order in that's cool, just make sure you revise it if need be when the guide comes out.

Am curious at to how you guys are able to place a pre-order on the 2013s? I tried to do so today at my SoCal dealer and they refused to do since the order guide is not yet available.
They were definitely trying to sell me a 2012, but I want a 2.0t with neither the sunroof nor the convenience package, a combination impossible to find without a factory order.

For reference, I also arranged a similar deal for my MY13 BMW M3 coupe. The allocation will not be available until early 2013 but equipment level and associated pricing have been agreed upon.

Strange that some dealers are accepting order and others are not. My dealer in Northern CA showed me the screen last week, they don't have the ability to order the Q5, nor have I seen anything about pricing for the different engines and options. I have been trying to place an order for a few months.
Anybody know when the expected delivery dates will be for the 3T engine?
My dealer thought they were holding off as they didn't want them to compete with the new release of the Allroad, don't know if that's true but it kind of makes sense... sort of.

Yes. They are delivering the 2013's in late September to early October at the latest. Orders were based on the 2012's but the order book is coming out after the 4th and this month for sure. My dealer spoke to Audi and they stated they may start taking official orders this month. I'm in line for the 2013 3.0T Prestige and S-line trim level.

Hi. I'm new to this forum and trying to get up the learning curve.
I live in Canada, and I think we get even less information than you do in the States regarding Audi's upcoming plans. My dealer has no information from Audi Canada.

suggests that the 2013 order bank for the 2013 Audi Q5 opens on July 15. Does anyone know if this website has a good track record for reliable information?
Any other information regarding order guides for Canada would be appreciated.
