i wish audi put the auto to the left of the off button. instead of off, auto, parking, on. this way you don't have to cycle through auto to get parking lights. just my .02 but i do sometimes have the knee issue, especially when parking in a tight space like my garage and i wiggle my way out.

Is this feature included in the premium plus or prestige package?

Doesn't bother me since I've never used the parking light in my life. Do people actually use them in the US? I just use my headlights in all situations.

It's happened to me a few times. It doesn't do it itself. I must be bumping it.

I'm 6-3 and kindy lanky with long legs. Especially from my torso to my knee.

I'm on my 5th Audi and don't have a problem with this.

I like the light switch exactly where it is. Keep mine on Auto and it stays there.

Have your dealer install a 10cm. square strip of genuine Audi Klebeband over the light switch. If he cannot order that, then you will have to install a piece of unauthorized third party "Duct Tape" over the switch instead.

This is not a permanent repair, but simply a means to confirm that the switch needs protection to prevent inadvertent knee-jerking.

Surely there is a light switch protective cover device {"Lichtschalter Schutzabdeckung Gerät") that can be ordered directly from Audi to prevent driver's knees from tampering with the safety equipment?

Nothing speaks better to luxury, class and quality craftsmanship than a piece of duct tape stuck on an interior control switch.
