Default 5 Signal Codes and Rear Driver Door Intermittently Won't Unlock

Hi all,

My rear driver door intermittently won't unlock with the key. All the other doors work. The physical latch works from the inside, so it seems to be a signal issue. I was leaning towards it being sustained in that door until I read about potential battery issues. My Carista reads the following faults:

Body/convenience system
Fault codes:
02615 Locking fuel tank cap
02616 Unlocking fuel tank cap

Driver's door
Fault codes:
02111 Motor for Window Regulator
02111 Motor for Window Regulator

Rear left door
Fault codes:
02115 Lock Unit for Central Locking

It seems bizarre that I am getting all of these at once... but I have I believe a Varta battery... although I don't think the gas door lock has ever worked. I didn't even realize that was a feature.

Any advice?

What year and engine?

Yes the gas door should lock and unlock with your drivers door. but I am not sure if by "cap" they mean the door or does it mean you gas cap it loose?

Have you tired a different key FOB for unlocking/locking your doors?

2010 3.2L

I assume it's the body door as it isn't locking and never has (even when car is fully locked)

Happens with both of our fobs

I have had 3 of the 4 door lock motors replaced. (all within about 6 months of each other, and all but the driver door). It seams to be a weak point with the 2010's. My independent shop replaced them for about $250 each if I recall correctly.
