Tell it to Motor Trend.

So you were trying to make a funny in your last post? It was very subtle if it was...

I don't actually care that much about it, other than the hassle of going to the gas station too often. I get only about 240 miles between fills on my S5 because of the 16 gallon tank, which is annoying. On the SQ5, I'm estimating 300 miles between fills which would be not too bad, but not great.

I know MT is a bunch of morons, but you wrote:

I did and didn't mean to mislead - there is no difference in the ride even to my insensitive butt. The only real difference I've noticed in Comfort mode is smoother shifts especially under light throttle.

It's not uncommon for anyone to misspeak, magazines included. Aside from the Dynamic/Comfort mode comment, overall I thought they liked the SQ5. As mentioned, too bad they couldn't get a TDI, 2.0t or 3.0t to go along with the Sq5. Five other brands provided multiple vehicles. Overall I really didn't think the SQ would win MTCOTY but it was a good read though.

Audi probably felt the same way and they kinda showed how much they cared about this test.

Not the TFSI version, but a pretty cool video of a SQ5 TDI in down under!
