Currently waiting on my 2014 Q5 3.0 Prestige with Comfort package in Monsoon Gray with Titanium Gray interior. Ordered June 3 and original arrival date of week of 8-15 just pushed to week of 8-22. Trading (aka "donating") a 2008 Cayenne base model with 55K miles so I hope the Audi is up to my high expectations.
The tension mounts.

Coping with the wait.......
Trying so hard to wait patiently. Not sure if trolling the boards helps or make it worse. Prestige TDI (Scuba Blue/Gray Interior) ordered on June 15th, estimated delivery is Sept 30th, so 3+ months. Sigh.....

I'm right there with you, though the latest on mine is "only" 3 months from going into the factory bank (which happened same-day since I got really lucky). Just make sure to stay in touch with your salesperson and keep tabs on any changes to the schedule. I'm pretty obsessive and have somehow managed to only be checking in once a week (not that I would expect much in the way of changes right now, but if you don't ask you'll be unlikely to know unless your salesperson is checking a lot on your behalf).

well, my Q5 arrived at the port of SD the exact day it was scheduled to arrive. the cargo ship dropped off my car as well as hundreds of other people's cars, and moved on to the port in long beach before setting sail for japan.
this car has been an absolute joy to drive! the power of the 3.0T is something else! i can't imagine what those guys with tunes are epxeriencing!
it's been a good few automotive days in this household. i installed a piggyback tune on the mini on thu, picked up the Q5 on friday, and have been doing some happy motoring ever since. here are a few pics from the dealership. nothing exciting/fancy - just some iphone photos. i really like the way the front and rear lights illuminate.
