2012 Non-Nav Concert Series Audio
Just got my Q5 2.0 Premium - Base Level car. It reads my 32 SDHC memory card, perhaps this is an upgrade for 2012.
I need clarification, I don't have a Hard Drive to upload songs to right?
Thank you

All Q5's since MY 2010 have been SDHC card enabled, allowing them to read 32 GB cards. 2009 cars could only read SD cards which had a limit of 4GB but due to scarcity of 4 GB SD cards, 2 GB was more common. It was a simple software thing and early 2009 cars could be upgraded to read 32 GB cards also.

SD Card - The Only Way to Go
Before I bought my Q5, I was really upset about the lack of streaming music from my iPhone via bluetooth (A2DP).
We'll now, I'm educated, the sound quality out of my "Base" Concert Series Stereo System is many times better via SD Card than any other way. I'm on the SD card bandwagon now, and am in the process of putting all of my music on my 32 Gig Card.
No doubt about it, SD card is the way to go with a Q5. (I can't imagine what it must sound like with a B&O system !)
