I have an Audi Connect subscription. For some reason I have to input my pin code every time I access it from navigation. Am 'assuming' that is not normal. How do I save my pin code to prevent having to enter it every time I use navigation and try to access an address I have saved in my account?

There is a setting in MMI that you can change so you're not asked each time, but for the life of me I don't remember the steps. I've had to do it a couple of times since I bought my car. If I can remember it, I'll post it. In the meantime you can call the Audi Cust Svc number, that's where I got the info the first time.

So yesterday I was able to use the nav without putting in the code. Very frustrating that it comes and goes. Will have to give service a call.....

They will be able to help you in just a few minutes. The setting is somewhere in "Settings" and the selection is something like "Ask" or "Never". I wish I had more info for you.

Thanks, I did see a prompt in settings for it, but it is set to not ask... Will validate that and then give them a call this week....
